Odborn\u00edci preto odpor\u00fa\u010daj\u00fa, aby deti str\u00e1vili miernou fyzickou aktivitou najmenej 30 min\u00fat tri- alebo viac-kr\u00e1t t\u00fd\u017edenne a intenz\u00edvnou fyzickou aktivitou najmenej 20 min\u00fat dva- alebo viac-kr\u00e1t t\u00fd\u017edenne. Metabolizmus det\u00ed je ide\u00e1lne prisp\u00f4soben\u00fd na absolvovanie kr\u00e1tkych intenz\u00edvnych cvi\u010den\u00ed, po ktor\u00fdch nasleduje mierna fyzick\u00e1 aktivita alebo oddych.<\/p>\n<p>Pozit\u00edvny vz\u0165ah det\u00ed k fyzickej aktivite ovplyv\u0148uje pozit\u00edvne nielen ich bud\u00faci zdravotn\u00fd stav, ale aj bud\u00face \u00faspechy v \u017eivote. Je toti\u017e ve\u013emi pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee z akt\u00edvnych det\u00ed vyrast\u00fa akt\u00edvni dospel\u00ed, ktor\u00ed bud\u00fa pozit\u00edvnym pr\u00edkladom pre svoje deti. Pri prech\u00e1dzke sa aj tak nejako prirodzenej\u0161ie ved\u00fa rozhovory na r\u00f4zne t\u00e9my, na ktor\u00e9 doma nie s\u00fa podmienky, \u010das ani chu\u0165.
